Rose scalloped glass dish 10"diameter.
Silver plate base with a berry and leaf vine handle. Under base are words hard to clearly read but something like "Cuadre __ _F Plate, 247"
Purchased at auction over 20 years ago.
Any idea what category, style, mfr. ?
