Fostoria introduced the "American" pattern of glassware in 1915 and it ran until the factory shut its doors in 1983. This beautiful slaver (plate) with its MC Escher cube pattern measures approximately 10-1/4" across the top and 7" high. I just purchased it and am looking forward to "displaying" during the holiday season.
Hah, I thought Sir TallCakes had posted this cake stand! It's gorgeous! :)
nice stand Bella : ) have a look at my 'American' stands. Is that a star medallion in the center of the plateau?
Hello TallCakes & Katherinescollections. It is being shipped to me I don't have it in hand just yet. AS soon as I get it I will let you know about the center. :-D

Hi TallCakes, I posted a Depression Glass Pink "Butter" Dish with a chrome lid, as a Mystery. "Racer4four" suggested you might know since you are seen as an expert on glassware. I remember we chatted 2 years ago when i posted my first Cake stand a Fostoria Crystal - "American" Square Pedestal Cake Slaver. I am hoping you can help solve my Mystery. BellaStartz
