Here is my BOTTLE CAP GUY ( or Tip tray Guy). Made out of Bottle caps and Holds a small dish in which you can leave a Tip in. Kinda Folk art /craft art thing. Popular in their day. Cute thing to have at the Home bar or man-cave in its day.

this is really cool! the earrings are interesting if is a he. [i've had earrings in both ears for 34 years and i still get looks because of it in some places] maybe it is a woman holding a laundry tub and she lost her wig? regardless, it's really cool!
