A couple of Buddy L 1970's Rods

Don't know much about these. I do remember them as a kid, but then didn't see any for many years. Stumbled across them looking through boxes of other toys I was interested in purchasing. Both are missing their rubber steering wheels, but have all hubcaps intact. Fun little toys that really have a 70's look about them.
