    Found this wonderful lighter in my fathers house, no markings on it, would like to know what year it may be from and if I should clean it and how. Looks like it's solid brass.

      I love most things to do with smoking which I have never had a habit of doing. This is wonderful would love to get one someday, the outside casing of the lighter is probably just made of zinc metal. There are helmet lighters on ebay, but not this exact one right now.
