Graniteware Utensil Holder With Utensils

Another in the gift for someone else department as I already have one. I did consider this one as the utensils matched the holder but I like my red and white one better. Plus it would be a bit tacky but I could live with that. Anyway this one is gift bound.
This one is mostly white over a blue base. Not sure what to call the technique perhaps mottled.
The utensils have dark blue handles that appear to be black but they are actually dark blue. The large skimmer is the most interesting piece as it is over 5" across. Rather rare to find a graniteware/enamelware skimmer that large.
