I have no idea whether this is a good piece or not, but i always like dragons and these are done nicely. there are also some cool bats around the inner rim of the bowl and clear 'rice' spots throughout the middle section of the bowl. it looks like maybe early 20th century? bottom has a bunch of characters and 'Made in China'.
