Maybe someone can help me here! My research points to the PV France mark as Portieux Vallerysthal, but it seams that 99% of their work was in glass. A couple pieces of majolica turned up, but nothing like this. Another PV that I found from France is PARRY & VIEILLE, and that they decorated blanks from other factories. Anybody have an idea? Thanks in advance!!
