it's cold and many things are dormant, but this is the most critical growing period for many california native plants - the winter. the terracotta lute player is an 18th century Italian or French piece. I brought it to Clars a few years ago and had it appraised. The pink flower in the last photo has been flowering non-stop for almost 4 years - which is pretty strange and amazing!
Do your customers just come and wander around looking at your stuff for hours?

people do bring their lunches and eat them at the nursery and wander around looking at things and taking photos too. it is a fun place for that. and you would be more than welcome, so come on over!!
