A pair of M113 variations from the Vietnam War era and another pair of 1/35th scale model by Tamiya.
The M577 was a command vehicle with extra head space . In addition a tent could be connected to the rear of the vehicle. Tent poles can be seen on the top of the vehicle.
.The model comes with 4 figures, a driver, a track commander/platoon leader and two other figures. They are discussing plans of some sort.
The M113A1 was an Australian variation. It had the turret of a Saladin armored cart on top of a 113 armored personnel carrier. The 75mm gun provided a high explosive punch.
I have some military models still in the boxes. I don't know anything much about them, so I will post them later today. I hope you can give me some info. Thanks!
Another very fine display! I love it.
Thank you very much Efesgirl. I look forward to them.
And thank you very much Scott.
