This item was given to me from a long time friend who I believe bought it at a garage sale, it made of porclin type material I think. I know it's not German and it's maker was named marg and the date at first site looks like 43 but the grain makes it look like that, I'm fairly certain it's a 13. It's a large peice as you can see the pop can next to it in the photos.
