      Imperial Glass started using the superimposed IG mark c1951 and continued to use the mark thru the mid 1970s. This lace edge pattern is a reproduction of older EAPG, and the motif is called 'Dancing Sailor'

      I think this is the bottom of a covered dish (either lion or rooster) and the color looks like caramel slag
