Found this at Goodwill the other night. It is 9" across at its widest point and 5" to the tops of the handles. Baskets don't usually do anything for me, but I have never seen one with 3 handles. Heavy(approx. 3lbs).There is a small pontil scar on the base which is ground flat and polished. Any ideas about company or country of origin would be appreciated.
Italian glass. Murano? Probably.
I'm thinking probably not Murano. The pieces that I have seen always had the pontil scar ground completely out before polishing. The polished base is promising tho...
