I found this attached to the leather kidney belt I posted seperately late last year. For any motorcycle enthusiasts out there I posted this for you. Who knows maybe you were there! : )

I have the same piece somewhere, and yes I think I was there.....at least in Ohio...this was a "Tag Topper".........

the tab at the bottom originally was straight down with a hole to attach it to your license plate...
