Must have been put out by Armand Hamer (Arm & Hammer). Didn't know he was into soda water.

Ohio Soda Water Co was owned by a Mr. Mellman. No idea who had the trademark first, or if the embossed logo was part of it.

The hammer is slightly different but close enough for one or the other to win a trade mark suit. Hey, a quick search & found that the logo goes back to 1860's & under the name of Church & Dwight Co. Inc. & the baking soda is marketed under their auspices. Armand doesn't own it but had tried to buy them out. Under the C&D brands, I found household products, but no mention of involvement in soda water. Guess they did though.
