Mystery Brooch

I have no idea what I got here. It is not in good condition at all: at least one of the chains has been replaced, one rhinestone it missing, and there might have been something in the middle of the the little flower because it looks like there is some glue residue. I got it because it looked interesting.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
