Thanks to my fellow collectors...Savethetoys in particular, I have discovered that this "1905" "Mother" goblet is a popular Ruby flash/stained, glass souvenier from State fairs and Expos.
Since reading additional comments on just such a piece I have also discovered the pattern is known as a "Arch Button" pattern. I'm still not sure of the maker since there were several at the time producing these souviniers.
Thank you Collectors Weekly for having such a fantastic site to host such knowledgable Collectors and thank you Collectors for your time and input, your comments are very helpful!

Button Arches was a full line of glassware made by Duncan & Miller, first produced in 1897 and called "No. 39" It was very popular for souvenir glass and had a very long life. Some pieces can be found with dates into the 1930s and 1940s. Jefferson Glass Company copied the pattern in some pieces, mainly for souvenir use.
