Well, a few people collect them-- "them" being wiring insulators, such as this cleat.
Essentially, there don't seem to be any other mentioned examples, even on a write-up of the company's history.
It's made between October (likely November) of 1906 by Akron High-Potential Co. and July of 1907-- which is when all their products began to be marked with OB instead of H.P. Co..
I dug this in a TOC (Turn Of Century) building's dirt floor, right in front of a hole in a wall where a green Gargling Oil blob-type bottle popped out.
This would have went with another, but I had found only one.
