The knife is 6-3/4 long the blade is 2-7/8 width is about 3/4 I have no idea on the age or where it came from the letting or numbers are very odd. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Probably a bone handle but still cool. Nothing wrong with a bone handle.
Judging by the look of the "No 55" mark I'd give even money that this knife was made in India.

Here I am (been hiding in my workshop refurbishing old knives!)! Looks like Uncle Ron found the answer. Nice antique-looking knife ya got there, Shufixer.
Thank you! One of my customers gave it to me. I don't really collect knifes but I do have a few to display this one with.
