Here is another one I got at the same auction. It's called "La Romana" by C. Rossini. I ran the sticker on the back through Google translator and it turns out to be a letter of authenticity that states:

AND ORIGIN

Title: "La Romana"
Technique: Oil-painting
Format: 50 x 60

It guarantees the authenticity of 11.20.1971

I'm striking out on finding any information about this artist on the internet. There was no match at artistssignatures.com. It's a beautiful piece I'm planning on putting on my living room wall when I'm done remodeling and it's nice to have some information on the artist in case anyone asks about it. Can anyone help me out?
Thanks,
Gene
