I have not been able to find anything remotely close to this piece. It is 3 3/4" high, 5 3/4" diameter and it weighs 1 lb, 14 oz. There are three holes on the bottom and it sits on three feet that measure approx. 1 3/4" wide. Unfortunately it is unmarked. Any help identifying is appreciated.

i saw one of these recently, but i couldn't figure out what it was. a planter does make sense, but i thought it was part of a lamp or something. i don't think it's such a beautiful thing to fill w/ soil, myself.

I have one of these! It is a buffet warmer by Silex. It should have a metal top, and you put a candle in it and you can keep a dish/coffee carafe or teapot warm on it.
