Mountain scene oil paining, can't decipher artist signature

I bought this at a flea market in Jacksonville, Florida a couple of weeks ago. I love the oil painting, it's a beautiful mountain scene with an interesting wooden frame. There is a canvas type material where the white is on the frame. It's an 8x10 size frame and the painting is painted on wood. I can't decipher the artist, can anyone help out? Does anyone know what type of frame this is called?
