    I bought this at a yard sale and no one knows what it is.. to me it looks egyptian..it's entirely wooden with wooden figures attached(placed on a nail that goes through the wooden base..was beautifully painted and paint is chipping so I'd rather not handle it.. the four headed serpent over the lady's head has the tongues in some type of metal..she's actually on the serpent coiled up..the figures around her one looks like a monkey, one has wings but not like an angel..just looking for some answers

      really interesting piece - it was. looks like it was left outside when it shouldn't have left the house. we can probably figure out more if you took a clear, well-lit photo of the front of the piece without a mirror in the background.

      I think the lady was going to trash it and she wasn't sure where she received it from, but I agree it's in really poor shape.. the horse is missing an arm which is laying on the base, but the paint is in terrible shape...
