Appears to be bone on the handle.says Vulcan and under that says Tellin & Sheffield.. Coke can used to show size,I can't seem to find anything on it ..would like to find out its origin and any info about it I can..
Thomas Ellin. Thomas Ellin & Co are listed as using the Vulcan name in the 1890s and exported to the USA, according to Bernard Levine.

It is British. Looks like a skinning knife, possibly.
