am wondering how old this may be as the phone # is unique as it only requires 4 digit dialing, and I have had no luck even finding a Los Angeles St. in Anaheim Ca.

If it helps any, Los Angeles Street in Anaheim is now known as Anaheim Blvd.

My great grandmother ,grandmother and mother were all lived in Anaheim so I assume this could possibly be from the 30's - 50's would like to know when the name changed and when they stopped using 4 digit dialing

Did a bit more checking. Los Angeles Street was re-named in the early '60s. The four-digit number would place it between the mid-'20s and the mid-'40s (approximately). Hope that this at least puts you in the ballpark.
