You can get these in any Asian marketplace. They sell them in S.F. Chinatown, too. And every Chinatown in the US. They paint them as you wait. They paint your name. That one looks like Johnson to me. They are always very pretty!
Look up Chinese name painting or rainbow calligraphy.
