I bought this item at a thrift store but I have no idea what it is. I love wooden items and it just seemed interesting. I thought it might be a cigarette dispenser but they would be too long due to the wooden peg. The only markings on it is the word "INDIA" indented on the bottom. Can anyone out there tell me what this or where I can find information on it? Thanks, Theresa
