A small set of SIAM, 1960, Bronze Buddha flatware. From Thailan.
With Rosewood (a Harewood) with dark redish/brownish hue complemented by darker veining throughout.
The spoons, forks and knifes... come in sets of 6..... They stsnd at 6 1\2 im tall.and are 3mm in width.
The menu stand has a.... 1 1/2 × 1 1/2 felt circle in the middle of the stand. It stands 6 in tall. The top width measures 3/4 in..... the middle measures 2 1/2 in...... The bottom is the thicker part and it measures 3 1/2 in width.
The menu stand only has 4 menu stands vrs 6. Otherwise the set is in wonderful shape. The bronze polished well and the Hue has not cracked and still gives off the "rose smell". That the Rosewood was named for.
I use them for decorating. I don't really feel they are a functional dinner flatware.
Happy New Year everyone !
