This set was my grandmothers and I would love to know more about them. Can anyone identify them for me and tell me about history. "Made in Austria", but it is in the original "jewels by Trifari" box. Maybe this is not the correct box as I thought they made only in USA.
Thanks
It's very pretty but not Trifari. Not possible to identify the maker without a signature.

Thank you - even with a magnifying glass I don't see a marking, but I am not knowledged in this area. I will continue to look.
Welcome.
Quite an elaborate brooch - very pretty! Interesting colors. Totally NOT Trifari!
Can you let us know the size please? I've notice there are three small white rhinestones missing around the outside edge, as well as a large red(?) one further in. It is a very intricate piece.
There is a lot of Austrain Jewellery and the best thing is that your piece is marked !!
Do not forget that as it is not necessary to find a direct attribution in most cases unless you are a collector trying to find out something about your collection, so that you can find a maker you want to collect. Too hard to attribute to one. The piece is dirty and seems a bit rough handled. That speaks more to some than attribution. The one thing to watch out for are pieces without good claws on them. Yours may be later as in later 60's, as there seems to be a lot of small stones without claws and missing stones.
Thank you all- the broach is 1 7/8"x 2" and yes, missing 3 white rhinestones and 1 ruby stone. Never noticed that. The earrings are 7/8" diameter all stones in tact.
