    The question mark is for a reason: I am only 95% sure - how many of those do we have? For: the colours and "cut out", against: a niggle about the shape. Anyone could have done the rigaree but that is also a pointer for me.
    I would be grateful for the thoughts of others, be they beliebers or non-beliebers.
    It is 18.3cm but likely stood 18.5cm originally.

      Ian, I think you could add 'ribbing' to the 'For' column....or is that what you mean by 'cut out'?

      I would lean much more towards, than against, Welz as being the Maker.

      Most companies had a huge number of shapes. Seeing one I do not recognize is not surprising to me at all. We have identified, in the whole scheme of things, a very small percentage of their production I think.

      I like this one... very cool.

      Peggy> ribbing in the mould is a definite plus but I meant "cut out" spatter as in the base.
