Found this at a second hand store, so I know very little about this stein.

It has a capital "T" impressed on the side of the bottom (outside).
If anyone can share any information (Age, Manufacturer, etc...)
Could it be considered a military stein based on the lithophane ?

Vetraio50, I didn't know you are so well versed in German! Great!

Thank you vetraio50, I tried using an online translator, but I had trouble determining some of the letters. (I thought the last "S" was an "F").

      http://www.formycousins.com/Old%20German%20Book/1912OldGerman-Index.html This may help:)
My grandmother only used the old German letters. It is easy for me to read the printed texts but I always was, and still am, very challenged to read the handwriting.
Nice stein! I have never seen one with a lithophane.

Late 19th century (based on pewter lid, gilding).
