    Believe it or not, there are ones that come in more red, known as oxblood. This piece is no slouch, will light up any window and stand out among other more common orange ambers. Enjoy!

      The most suspicious color for insulators, to me, is red. I've never seen a real one in person.

      I have seen the oxblood in person, awesome color! Why are you so suspicious about the red?? I have actually never heard of them being an altered piece. Exposing most insulators to artificial irradiation isn't going to give you red

      With a very good dying.
      At best with radiation, you'll get a muddy color depending on what's in the glass.
