HELP: Help me identify this China!

I found this China set thrifting and I can't find anything about it. I found one website that helps people replace pieces they're missing. They had a photo of it but when I called, the woman told me they've only ever had one plate. When I asked if they knew the official name, she said no. She explained that when they got the piece, they tried to research it and find out the name, but couldn't find anything. Thus, they gave it their own name for the website. Other than that, I've found nothing, and I'm desperately trying to find out how much it may be worth and where I could find more pieces. I most certainly do not want to sell it, I've fallen in love with it and would love to collect more. I'm very curious as to if there are cups with the plate set or not.
