I haven't found any info on this knife. I suspect it was sold on site some years ago... I would appreciate any information anyone has. Thanks.

I think what you have is a souvenir knife or a promo knife. I had a souvenir knife exactly like yours that had MT SHASTA stenciled in black ink on the handle. Got it in the late '90's when the Mrs. and I drove to OREGON to visit our son. On the way, we stopped at Mount Shasta, California. Had lunch and then stopped in at a little souvenir shop where I found the knife. Gave it to my son when we saw him in COOS BAY, OREGON.
EARLY TIMES BOURBON was developed by JACK BEAM, Jim Beam's cousin, in 1860 at their distillery in EARLY TIMES STATION, KY.
I'd wager that your knife came from either 1) a souvenir shop in Kentucky or 2) Jim Beam's distillery or 3) a liquor store in Kentucky, the last two places giving the knives away as promo gifts to customers who bought a liter of EARLY TIMES BOURBON.
Much obliged for the info.
