The tax stamp is series of 1898. There's our beginning date. End date is 1901 because "W. T & Co." removes the ampersand (&) in 1900, and from their moulds in 1901 (W. T. & Co. is on base of bottle.)

This is the most common cure bottle you'll see. Once rare, someone found (and ran off with) a major cache of these and has been slowly selling them ever since.
This is the finest one I've seen, sold to me by a friend, albeit the owner before my friend tipped the display of these there were a number) which, due to the corks having dried out, dumped the product all over the bottles-- soaking labels and boxes.
Obviously, my friend took good care of these (it happened just before he bought them,) so they survived.
Mine had the top flaps of the box knocked off but there, so I reattached those.
The label began to deteriorate for some reason, so I've repaired that (hard to tell.)

A shining star in my collection. They come from Chillicothe, Ohio. (Was that a pun to base it there, as it has 'chill,'' thus pertaining to frost?)
It's my only true Cure bottle, and one of my few med-types that still has the original box.
(Their grammar is also lacking, by the way. "Affected" should have been used, but, no, they had to say, "Effected.")

For Apache, I *could* set you up with the guy who has more, albeit top-quality examples may not be left.
But you may like to go with local medicine bottles, which most towns have, like these:

Dave Kelejian, I love medicine bottles. And thanks. :)
