I found this little guy at Goodwill today too. he's less than 2" tall, but his head really wobbles well. i think he's Caspar. what do you think? i've always liked wobbly-heads.

He did not have that pointed hat on so thinking not a casper bottlehead :-( but cute more of a elf maybe lost his paint ? Just a guess

He looks more like his paint came off . He looks familiar but I have a brain block on him maybe it will come to me . But is not casper the face is even wrong . hmmmm he is a mystery charcater
I think a younger person or kid might now him from a movie or cartoon ? I think he is a newer character .

thanks Manikin, kyra and AnnaB! i don't think he's new. the plastic is an old plastic - almost like a celuloid - not used for many years. yes, i agree that his paint has worn off. but he still bobbles away!
i found it! it is from Casper! it's one of his buddies from the early comic books - late 50s or 60s!
