Hobnail? Experts please look, either old or poor quality.

I bought this on my usual whim, lately i have really missed, either catering masse produced Luster or milk glass. But i cant find this pattern another. Any milk glass experts here. Anyway. Its beautiful in its imperfection and stands 17 cm on the top ruffle.
