I found this tool? or whatever it is in a box of stuff
it is about 7 inches long by 1 1/4 at one end and 1 1/2 at the other
it is made of metal
it weighs about 10 ounces
any help would be greatly appreciated
It's for electrical something. Maybe stripping / repairing high voltage wires?
