Bradley and Hubbard Lamp with ? Slag Glass Shade.

This was a gift from a dear family member......it is not old to our family, but is an heirloom, NOW. The lamp base is clearly marked Bradley and Hubbard (see picture) underneath. The shade, however has no markings that we can find, and the finial is clearly not a match......any info would be greatly appreciated. I would especially like to know how old the lamp base is.
