    This was produced for the
Dunlop circa 1910 advertising golf division. Quite rare such
    Unique for a better term
It was on bespoke golf images and Interiors
Ref MEM2341. Love it a lot.

This looks more like a promotional piece than a toy. Pretty cool!

If Howell Campbell owned this toy as a kid then it would date back to the late 1800s, as Howell Campbell Sr. was born in 1883. Men wore spats over their shoes in those days.

      "The Recipe
The recipe was a joint undertaking by Mr. Howell Campbell, Sr. and Mr. Porter Moore, the original plant supervisor back in 1912."

How does your friend know Howell Campbell Sr. owned this?

Good observation. Spatts are old .
Generally I would say all I knew about it.(golfman)
But I don't know much.. The head is connected with a originalwire. And turns in all angles or position. Ironically I saw one that was a toy. Can't rememberwho made it. Such there should be a source of makers and even a source
that shows how vintage it is.
