Hello Fellow Collectors. First thing: Hegde-Golay LTD was a watch company in Bangalore, India. Started in early 70s and closed in 1981. Although not in business a long time, their watches are a very nice mechanical movement.
A lot of people would think this depiction would be Donald Duck, but the graphics are of Gladstone Gander, which is Donald's cousin and a rival for Daisy's attention. This character first appeared in 1948.
