These are pic I took after I reworked the school desk for my granddaughter, the seat pic I took outside and the others were inside but the desk is white with pink seat and back ,my cat always gets in the middle of everything !
Amazing how much the little girl looks like my 4 1/2 year old grand Addie, she also wears glasses to correct wandering eyes. I am searching yard sales etc for 2 of these for their playroom. I have seen them in the past, when they lived in smaller quarters, now that they have a huge new house, I am having difficulty finding them. Perhaps today I should call a friend or two at the school board and find out if they have any in cold dusty storage, you never know. thanks for sharing.
Lyda, thanks for the comment. My Crystal also has 'wandering eye' isn't that an odd coincidence? My brother had this one and he got it at a school auction years ago when his children were small...she loves it by the way !
I have a desk like that and love it,also a cat like youronly he has a mushtach, his brother has half a mushtach, and the other brother has a spot onhis nostrilss haha.couldnt resist bragging of my cats.
@boandsuzi, Thanks for your interest, if you note the dot beside his nose..............that's why he is called SPOT............my vet gets a kick out of it...He's a Tuxedo Cat...12 years old !
.Thanks BELLIN68
I agree Sean, Pops did a very nice job for his granddaughter. She definitely knows that she's loved.
Very nice job. Brings back memories of many hours sitting in the hall with my desk. They didn't have detention after school yet so they stuck you out in the hall. I kind of figured out that frogs and snakes and rude sounds weren't called for.
Thanks for all your nice words, just a note that as of last Monday 4/2/12, the cat in pic# 3 (Our Spot) has gone missing......he was an in and out cat but always came home everyday so we assume that so ill has befallen him somewhere else. we have looked about the area and in all of his favorite place except under our house (Grandson to do that today) pets give unconditional love and truly leave paw prints on our hearts....forgive an old man for being more grumpy than usual of late.........
