Tsukiyono is the current studio of Kurata Glass/Joetsu Crystal and one of the glass styles they make are sand blasted cameo vases.
I have a number of them but this is the only flower one I have (for now, my beady eye is looking at another).
I think this so pretty, and like all glass from this company, accomplished.
Quite a lot of care has been taken in the colour placement to give the foliage and flowers a picturesque rendition.
I particularly like the swirl in the white ground glass. It gives the whole scene depth and a painterly quality.

Looks like a Renoir or Monet painting :) ...very pretty.
Lovely, you said it all!
Karen,
I love the look of this! And Mike is absolutely right about it being reminiscent of a Renoir or a Monet painting.
Just have to say you write your descriptions so well, Karen. This vase, oh this vase, what more can one say beyond what you've written? A delight. :)
Lovely and wonderful!
My sentiments exactly Karen... it's more like a painting than a vase with those lovely flowers, growing out of the green grass against the bright sky! What a beautifully made piece!!
I am so glad you all see what Mike suggests - I can only agree as I thought of an impressionist painting the first time I saw this vase.
Thanks so much all for your love and comments (and the compliments....them especially of course)
Thank you:

Karen -- Where are you putting all this Glass? Great finds you have there !!!
Thanks Kyratango. Glad you love it.
This is probably the rare piece of Japanese glass that would fit in at your vintage house VL (the rest may be a bit over done). Thanks for the love.
