Hello. I have had this for many years and have not been able to identify it. I picked it up at a Lancaster PA antique auction. Not sure of age or history. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Not sure if it is valuable or not. It measures approximately 6 inches tall and 5 inches wide. Thank you for any insite.
