Indian Chief sitting with peace pipe appears to be chalk ware possibly vintage

I came across this statue appears to be chalk ware, or Plaster???? looks like oil paint on it, not for sure. measures 17-inches tall by 10 inches wide by 10 inches deep appears to be a little heavy but sounds hollow any help identifying this would be greatly appreciated believe it Could have been an Fair or amusement park Prize or ????? I don't know. Just looks vintage and Cool!
