This stylish little G.E. shelf clock was offered with either a 'walnut' or black Bakelite case. Introduced ca. 1938, the "Ithaca" was given a new face with sphere and obelisk motif and marketed as the 3H88 "World's Fair" in 1939. Measures 5"h x 4 1/2"w x 2" d.
OMG! i have the EXACT same one! i came to this website to see if anyone had posted anything about this clock or anything similar (i wanted to know how old it was), and i can't beleive i actually found it! and so quickly!
just found the clock and plugged it in last night... it still works! love this site and thanks for the info!
