    Hi CW Gang:

    Vintage Brooch / Scarf pin / necklace. you can use this several ways. It was my Mom's ( + RIP + ) and she would wear it several ways. I think it is from around the 1970's era. No mark on the back -- but somehow I think it *might * be from those Home Paries for Jewelry that were done like Sarah Coventry -- but unsure. I just know my Mom had it for many a years. To me is screams the 1970's, IMO.

    Call it either Embroidery or is it Needle Point ??

      I still think this was from a Home party for jewelry, but not sure. That is what my brain is telling me, but could be wrong. Not sure if this is called Needle Point or what.
