I am grateful to help from friends in understanding this - the base spoke Kralik to me but I wasn't sure. The MOP is iridised and spotty, so papillon. The webbing is pampas-like and uranium glass, as is the inner lining of glass.
My questions are - were my gut instincts right (Kralik) and is this pampas or papillon and am I right in calling this webbing?!
So many questions! Toddling!
14cm tall.
My expertise with Bohemian glass of any era is virtually nonexistent so here's someone else's opinion. : )

What a nice set of links - thanks.
You're welcome. And for what it's worth, to my untrained eye, I'd say it's pampas...even if you can't currently verify the mop and uranium green scheme. I'll leave it to the Kralik / Loetz camps to duke it out on that... and the rest. : )
Dave to the rescue! He has your decor listed on his Kralik page:

WOW!!!! LOVE THE COLORS !!! looks like a butterscotch swirl candy!! yummy , stunning kralik MOP!!
Ian the http://bohemianglasscollector.blogspot.com/2011/08/kralik.html?m=1 link is my blog. Your piece is a match to my piece. At the time when I bought mine it was agreed that Kralik was the producer.
A matched set! Strangely, this picture came up during a search for something completely different. Very odd!
