I just got this Coca-Cola cooler made by the Tennessee furniture company the compressor is made by GM, it is a 1938 model but I can't seem to find this one online to see what I need to get it up and running again. If anyone knows anymore about the history or what could be done to restore it that would be helpful.
It's made by Westinghouse, called the Standard, here's a few others.

Paint does not look too bad, except for the top door panel. I would keep it original and you can use most any automotive type products to clean and polish this.
Awesome cooler!! Welcome to CW!!
I love coke coolers. I have one that we keep on the shed porch. We replaced the electrical cord and casket, that is all we did to get it up and running. The exterior didn't look as nice as yours so we had it painted, still need to have the white lettering done. We use it in the summer months to keep folks from running in and out to get a cold drink. It keeps the drinks real cold.
Typing issues in my previous comment, replaced gasket.
Hey thanks for all the responses It really helped me out. I should be able to getting working real soon .
I love the 12" sample salesman cooler that was made to look like this . It was used to sell this model.
