I found this in a box of plastic Easter eggs from an old house that i had cleaned out. There isn't much out there for information on it. So if you can help please write back and let me know. Thank you

I found some information on this coin, but would need a better picture of it, both front and back to give you credible information. If you can get me a clear zoomed in pic both front and back, I can get you the info right back.

From what i can see in the picture it looks like a 1890 indian head cent. They are not very rare in fine condition its worth $3.00. In xtra fine condition its worth $10.00 but still a nice coin.

Smoke: your 1895 Penny was minted in Philadelpha, the mintage that year was 38,341,574 .Learn to grade your coins, condition certainly means a lot .Several good sites on the net that will show you how to grade your coins .Go to eBay and punch in 1895 pennys and chances are several will show up,determine which is the closest to yours in condition and watch it to see what it sells for.Have fun ,hope you enjoy coin collecting. This seems like a great time to look at pennys and nickels, most are looking at the silver coins.Have seen many great coins going very cheap and some include free shipping.
